A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of significant experience in change management as well as strategic planning and development, Debbie is skilled in the implementation of business process improvement; enterprise process and data governance and management; strategic assessments for information technology management; IT governance; regulatory compliance strategy; supply chain management and supplier rationalization; re-engineering cost savings and cost strategies with revenue enhancement; complex program/project management; ITSM & ITIL strategy and programs; organization and infrastructure assessment; and asset management.

Debbie is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served nine years in the Pacific and European theaters. She also provides pro-bono strategy consulting services to non-profit organizations in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
