Debbie Womack Selected as Finalist for the Stevie Awards

Greater Yield Founder Named in Female Entrepreneur of the Year Category

DALLAS – Nov. 2, 2012 – Debbie Womack, principal of Greater Yield, a Dallas-based provider of business transformation solutions, has been named a finalist for a 2012 Stevie Award. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world's premier awards for women executives, entrepreneurs and the organizations they run. Womack is one of eight finalists in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year: Business Services – 10 or Less Employees category.

Womack is the principal and founder of Greater Yield, a firm known for establishing enterprise-wide leadership and management solutions, and strategic business directives. As a nine-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Womack is a respected business motivator and trusted advisor to C-level executives, and brings more than 20 years of experience in change management, strategic planning and development, business process improvement and asset management.

Since expanding her company in 2011 and bringing in a key principal partner in Jim Taylor, a renowned expert in turnaround management and a prior Stevie Award winner for Best Turnaround Executive 2006, Womack’s clients now range from small entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies. With a staff of fewer than ten people, Womack has transformed her own business to include C-level executives with decades of experience in very specific industries or expertise in key areas of management.

Womack also provides pro-bono strategy consulting services to professional women’s organizations and non-profits throughout North Texas, and is a member of Leadership America. Winners of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business will be announced on Friday, Nov. 9, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square.
