Randy Robinson Joins Greater Yield Team as Senior Knowledge Leader
Global solutions veteran to lead multi-national division
DALLAS – Aug. 08, 2012 – Greater Yield, a Dallas-based provider of enterprise transformation solutions for operational improvement, is bringing Randy Robinson on board as a Senior Knowledge Leader. An expert in process improvements for global corporations, the Dallas-based business performance solutions firm has tapped Robinson to manage the firm’s growing multi-national business unit.
While spending more than 25 years in various positions within public and private companies, and the past 23 years as a senior level consultant with a global clientele, Robinson has experience working with companies in numerous industries including energy, banking, healthcare, insurance, government, manufacturing and food services. Skilled in handling process value supervision, cross-functional team organization and change management, he has worked with businesses based around the world including North and South America, England, Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland.

Prior to joining Greater Yield, Robinson worked in various service and manufacturing industries and delivered cycle-time reductions resulting in substantial profit margin and revenue growth. He implemented change management with top companies such as Hilti, Hillenbrand Inc., General Motors, Gulfstream, Moore Printing, SkyChefs, GE Medical, Kemper Insurance and Pfizer.
Robinson earned his B.A. in English and business from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. He has security certification by the U.S. Department of Defense, is a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and certified Balanced Scorecard Implementer.
